Personal Energy Work

Energy consultations can improve the quality of your life by helping you attune to your own innate guidance and wisdom. Individual consultations may include a combination of the following modalities, depending on the goal of each session:

Akashic Record Reading: The Akashic Records are your soul's imprint in time and space. Using your Akashic Records allows a deeper and more profound connection with your highest self.

Reiki Crystal Healings: Reiki uses Universal Energy (called "ki" in Japanese or "chi" in Chinese) to heal and encourage health energy flow throughout your body. Crystals and stones act as amplifiers to help balance and clear energy flow.

Twelve Rays: The 12 Rays are similar to Reiki, but use specific colors and guides to help remove particular types of energy blockages.

Chakra Balancing & Healing: Used in conjuction with the Akashic Records and/or Reiki to remove blockages and irregular patterns in your chakras to encourage strong and proper energy flow.

Vibrational Nutrition: A pendulum is used to determine what foods provide you with the highest vibration to encourage natural healing. Please note that I am not a dietician, and you are encouraged to consult a dietician about the information received in this reading.

Regeneration Therapy: This is a profoundly relaxing healing technique that works with the energy in your bones. While fully clothed, energetic connections are made along your skeletal system to encourage healthy energy flow.


Reflexology

Reflexology is a treatment based on the principle that there are over 10,000 nerve endings in your feet that correspond to every organ and part of your body. By using a special "finger-walking" technique on each foot, the reflexologist works on all these reflex areas to reduce stress and promote balance in the body.
